Returns & replacements
How non-conforming goods are handled, and the inspection window.
Last updated 2 September 2026
You have 30 days from receipt to report goods that are not as specified or not as approved on the sample. Paksur coordinates the claim with the manufacturer and arranges replacement or credit.
How it works
- Start the claim from your account. Pick the lines and tell us what is wrong.
- Send photographs and, where relevant, the lot/batch number.
- Paksur raises the non-conformance with the supplier and inspects where possible.
- A replacement is produced, or a credit issued, once the claim is accepted.
What is covered
- Not as specified
- Replaced or credited — it did not meet the approved spec.
- Made to order
- Only if faulty or not as approved on the sample.
- Samples
- Keep them. No need to return.
- Damaged in transit
- Report within 48 hours with photos; replaced or credited.
- Sterile consumables
- Assessed by lot. Do not open more than one pack before reporting.
