Common questions
Can I evaluate an instrument before a bulk order?
Yes. Request samples from any listing. We courier evaluation samples before you commit to a production run.
Can you make instruments to our specification or brand?
Many of our suppliers offer OEM and private-label production. Write to sourcing@paksur.com with the pattern, quantity and your markings, and we will come back with who can do it and what it costs.
Can you supply CE / ISO 13485 documentation?
Where the supplier holds it, yes — we provide the available certificates and test reports with the quotation. Paksur does not certify products itself.
